This role requires strong technical knowledge of LDAR programs, data systems, and regulatory requirements, along with the demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of approximately 20 personnel.<br><br><strong>Transitioning Military</strong>, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life. <br><br><strong>Why work for HPC-Industrial?</strong> <br><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li><strong>Competitive wages $30.00 - $34.00 hourly</strong></li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group 401K with company matching component</li><li>Own part of the company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li></ul><br><ul><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> <br><br>Manage and oversee day-to-day LDAR operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.<br>&bull; Maintain the LDAR database, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.<br>&bull; Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process as it relates to equipment and regulatory updates.<br>&bull; Oversee Fenceline Monitoring programs, ensuring proper operation, data collection, and reporting.<br>&bull; Ensure compliance with El Paso Sampling methods and requirements, including coordination of sampling activities and quality control.<br>&bull; Maintain working knowledge of BWON (Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP) regulations and ensure program adherence.<br>&bull; Supervise, train, and manage a team of approximately 20 LDAR technicians and support personnel, including scheduling, performance management, and safety oversight.<br>&bull; Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with LDAR program requirements and identify areas for improvement.<br>&bull; Work closely with EHS, operations to address potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.<br>&bull; Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.<br><br><ul></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> <br><br><strong>Minimum of three (3) years of LDAR program experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.</strong><br>&bull; Strong knowledge of LDAR databases and data management systems.<br>&bull; Familiarity with MOC processes, Fenceline Monitoring programs, El Paso Sampling requirements, and BWON regulations.<br>&bull; Proven ability to effectively lead and manage teams of 20 or more personnel.<br>&bull; Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.<br>&bull; Proficient in Microsoft Office and LDAR-specific software platforms.<br>&bull; Experience working in refinery, petrochemical, or chemical manufacturing environments.<br>&bull; Strong understanding of EPA regulations.<br>&bull; Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance in a dynamic environment.<br><ul><li>Must be willing/able to work at moderate to high levels of physical exertion for extended periods;</li></ul><br><ul><li>Must be willing/able to work in inclement weather conditions (extreme heat/cold);</li><li>Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary;</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities a plus.</li></ul><br><strong>What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial? </strong> <br><br>High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience <br><br><ul><li>Valid TWIC required or ability to obtain TWIC.</li><li>Valid Driver's License.</li></ul><br><strong>About HPC-Industrial:</strong><br><br><strong>HPC-Industrial</strong>, powered by Clean Harbors, is the premier industrial cleaning and environmental services company in North America supporting the upstream, downstream, and utility sectors. <strong>HPC-Industrial</strong> offers an exceptional three-pronged safety system, innovative career development platform, committed customer service, deep industry expertise, and advanced technology and automation.
