The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining dredges and centrifuge systems. <strong>This position requires travel for 2-4 weeks at a time based off the project demand. </strong><br><br><strong>Why work for Clean Harbors?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive hourly wages with weekly overtime opportunities</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment</li><li>Group RRSP with company matching component</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Positive and safe work environments</li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><ul><li>Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes;</li><li>Operates centrifuges and electric dredges;</li><li>Maintains centrifuges and dredges;</li><li>Rigs up and rigs out dredging and centrifuge equipment;</li><li>Performs general duties required to complete work, such as: debris removal, clean up, set up, etc.;</li><li>Completes all required paperwork.</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Previous industrial or construction based experience is strongly preferred;</li><li>Previous centrifuge operating or dewatering experience is an asset;</li><li>Ability to travel overnight up to 75% annually with 1-2 weeks from home at a time;</li><li>Class 5 Driver's License is required;</li><li>Experience operating front-end loaders, wheel loaders, or skid steers is an asset;</li><li>Boater's license is an asset.</li></ul><br><strong>40-years of sustainability in action.
