This role is responsible for assisting with well site preparation, excavation, equipment operation, and general labor activities associated with well abandonment, facility maintenance, and related services.<br><br>Field Technicians serve as representatives of HPC-Industrial, maintaining strong working relationships with customers while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals, including transitioning military personnel-to apply hands-on skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.<br><br><strong>Why Work for HPC-Industrial?</strong><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority-we live it 3-6-5 </li><li>Competitive wages </li><li>Comprehensive health benefits after 30 days of full-time employment </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan </li><li>Opportunities for growth and career development </li><li>Paid time off, company-paid training, and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Positive, team-oriented work environment </li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Prioritize safety by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices at all times </li><li>Assist with well site preparation, excavation, and restoration activities </li><li>Support cut & cap operations, wellhead removal, and site cleanup </li><li>Operate and assist with heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and support equipment (as qualified) </li><li>Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site preparation </li><li>Assist with line locating, job setup, and site safety controls </li><li>Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and tools </li><li>Load/unload equipment and materials and support mobilization/demobilization of job sites </li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas </li><li>Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and within scope </li></ul><br>Perform other duties as assigned<br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><ul><li>Previous experience in <strong>oilfield services, construction, or industrial labor</strong> preferred </li><li>Ability to perform <strong>physically demanding work</strong> in outdoor environments (heat, cold, uneven terrain) </li><li>Basic understanding of well preparation for rigs and heavy equipment operation is a plus </li><li>Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English for safety purposes </li><li>Valid driver's license required (must meet company driving policy) </li><li>OSHA training (or willingness to obtain) preferred </li></ul><br><strong>What Does It Take to Work for HPC-Industrial?</strong><br><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent (required) </li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety </li><li>Willingness to travel and work varying schedules, including overtime as needed </li></ul><br><strong>About HPC-Industrial</strong><br><br>HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, is North America's premier provider of industrial cleaning and environmental services, supporting upstream, downstream, and utility sectors.
