The Equipment Operator/ Driver III is responsible to Safely operate DOT regulated Class A or B vehicle. Driver typically loads and unloads the vehicle. Ensures delivery or pickup documentation is accurate and complete. Operate and drive equipment including one or more of the following equipment types: Hot Oiler; Flushby Rod Rig; Coil Tubing; Mulcher, Directional Boring Equipment; Directional Monitor Equipment, and/or operating and driving equipment in support of the Decoking, Pigging, Chemical Cleaning or Material Processing, including driving equipment to and from worksites, performing Pre / Post Trip inspections, and performing roadside repairs. Corrects deficientness that may cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity or harm to equipment 10%</li><li>Performs routine maintenance on equipment used on the job 10% O - Occasionally Loads and unloads trucks 10%</li><li>May operate and drive equipment including equipment to and from work sites.</li><li>To support of the Industrial Service Group - May operate one or more of the following equipment types: Hot Oiler; Flushby Rod Rig; Coil Tubing; Mulcher, Directional Boring Equipment, and Directional Monitor Equipment</li><li>To support of the Specialty Services Group - may operate and drive equipment, if you are part of Decoking, Pigging, Chemical Cleaning or Material Processing.</li><li>May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs</li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs;</li><li>Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations;</li><li>Valid driver's license, CDL Class A and other requirements of company's driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business; Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device;</li><li>Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) may be required;</li><li>Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers;</li><li>Experience operating a vacuum truck;</li><li>Working knowledge of operating equipment used in wet and dry vacuums.</li></ul><br><strong>What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial? </strong> <br><br><ul><li>High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience;</li><li>Class A or B CDL License required;</li><li>HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements, preferred.</li></ul><br><strong>HPC-Industrial</strong>, a Clean Harbors company, is the premier industrial cleaning and environmental services company in North America supporting the upstream, downstream, and utility sectors. <br><br><strong>HPC-Industrial</strong> offers an exceptional three-pronged safety system, innovative career development platform, committed customer service, deep industry expertise, and advanced technology and automation.
