In this role, you will participate in all aspects of the business and gain knowledge to use during your career after graduation. <br><br>Why work for <strong>HPC Industrial</strong>, powered by Clean Harbors?<br><br><ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Paid Internship</li><li>Positive and safe work environments </li></ul><br><br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><br><strong>General Responsibilities To Focus On During Internship: </strong><br><ul><li><ul><li>Learn the fundamentals of Industrial Services operations, including project planning and execution.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Shadow Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand job lifecycle management.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Support the development of job packets, pre-job documentation, and planning.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Building trusting relationships throughout the company by spending time in the field and getting to know the critical challenges to growing the business firsthand.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Support day-to-day operations within the team by assisting with assigned tasks and projects under supervision.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Participate in team meetings, job briefings, and training sessions to build an understanding of the business.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Communicate progress, questions, and issues to the manager or assigned mentor during regular check-ins.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Complete a presentation at the end of the internship highlighting work completed and lessons learned.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Any other responsibilities given based on your internship program agenda.</li></ul></li></ul><br><br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li><ul><li>Currently enrolled in an accredited university.</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Preferred degrees in Process Technology, Business, or Engineering</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Involvement in university-sanctioned extracurricular activities is a plus!</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
